The PerspAKTIV event highlights Belarusian contemporary art and examines the realities faced by cultural workers under political repression and forced migration. It not only addresses the challenges of artistic exile but also explores opportunities for creative development and international collaboration.
The program includes an exhibition, concerts, performances, discussions, and workshops, showcasing art as a tool for adaptation and self-expression.
This event marks the Final Art + Alumni + Networking Event of the PerspAKTIV residency, a project by RAZAM, Ambasada Kultury, and Galeria Miejska Arsenał, funded by the German Federal Foreign Office. Since its launch in 2022, PerspAKTIV has built a network of 33 cultural institutions in Germany and Poland supporting repressed Belarusian artists.
Open to all interested in the topic of ‘artists at risk’, this event offers a chance to connect, learn from our alumni, and experience the diversity of Belarusian contemporary art.
